"Family Visit Day" was held at the Kasaoka Plant on July 21.

"Family Visit Day" is presented for the families of Ibara Seiki employees as an opportunity to learn what kind of company Ibara Seiki is and what kind of work its employees are doing.

A total of 56 visitors from 21 employee families came to visit on this date. This friendly scene included many children who toured the plant, held actual parts to learn how heavy they are, answered quiz questions, and socialized with employees as they learned about the plant.

Under sunny skies, refreshments such as juice and shaved ice were well received. Joyful laughter filled the air outside as kids played with radio-controlled cars and enjoyed fishing games.

As souvenirs, attendees received a commemorative family portrait taken that day, along with some home-made cookies which were handed out by students of a special needs education school in Okayama Prefecture. Smiling children were seen taking home ships made of balloons and prizes from fishing games.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of the families who came to visit. Thank you everyone!
